- Notification to Supplier: The store owner forwards the customer’s order to the supplier, makes the payment, and ensures that the products are shipped directly to the customer.
- Product Delivery: The supplier receives the customer’s order and ships the products directly to the customer. During this process, the store owner is not required to manage inventory or handle shipping operations.
- Customer Service and Support: In the event of any issues or needs related to the customer, the store owner provides customer service and support. However, product-related issues are generally resolved by the supplier.
